Terms of Service

DecoderPro provides an online technical tool designed to assist users in recovering and restoring access to their own PHP source code that has been encoded using IonCube encoding technology (versions 13, 14, and 15).

The sole and exclusive purpose of this service is to help legitimate software owners, developers, and authorized administrators recover source code that they rightfully own but have lost access to due to:

• Loss of original, unencoded source files due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, or data corruption.
• Loss of access to version control systems or backups containing the original source code.
• Departure of original developers who held the only copies of unencoded source code.
• Business continuity needs where the original source is required for maintenance, updates, security patches, or migration purposes.
• Vendor abandonment where the original software vendor is no longer operational or reachable, leaving the rightful owner without access to their own code.
• Recovery from ransomware, cyberattacks, or other incidents where encoded backups are the only surviving copies.

This service is NOT intended for, and must not be used for, circumventing software protection on code that you do not own or are not authorized to access. We firmly oppose software piracy, intellectual property theft, and any form of unauthorized access to proprietary code.

By uploading any file to our platform, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

1. Ownership or Authorization: You are the rightful owner of the uploaded file, or you have obtained explicit, written authorization from the rightful owner to decode, access, and use the contents of the file.
2. Legal Right: You have the legal right to possess, decode, and use the encoded file under all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. No Infringement: Your use of our service does not infringe upon or violate any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, contractual obligations, or any other legal rights.
4. Lawful Purpose: You are using our service for lawful purposes only, including but not limited to code recovery, maintenance, security auditing, or business continuity operations on software you legitimately own or are authorized to manage.
5. Accuracy of Information: All information you provide to us, including but not limited to account registration details, is truthful, accurate, and complete.
6. Legal Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
7. Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using our service.

You agree that you will NOT use our service to:

1. Decode, decompile, or reverse-engineer any software, code, or files that you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to access.
2. Engage in software piracy, intellectual property theft, or the unauthorized distribution of decoded software or source code.
3. Circumvent software licensing restrictions, digital rights management (DRM), or copy protection mechanisms on software you are not authorized to modify.
4. Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws, regulations, or treaties, including but not limited to copyright law, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
5. Access, decode, or distribute trade secrets, confidential information, or proprietary code belonging to third parties without proper authorization.
6. Upload malicious files, malware, viruses, or any content designed to harm, exploit, or compromise our systems or the systems of others.
7. Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of our platform, servers, or infrastructure.
8. Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any non-human means to access our service without prior written consent.
9. Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit our service or its output without explicit written authorization from us.
10. Misrepresent your identity, the ownership of files, or your authorization to decode files.

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining credits without refund, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. No Warranty: Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of results.
2. No Liability for Use: We shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to: (a) your use of decoded files; (b) any decisions made or actions taken based on decoded output; (c) any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities; (d) any claims by third parties arising from your use of our service.
3. User Responsibility: You assume full and sole responsibility for any and all consequences resulting from your use of our service. This includes, without limitation, all legal, financial, regulatory, and ethical consequences of decoding, possessing, distributing, or using decoded files.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecoderPro, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of our service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement of any third-party rights; (e) any content you upload to our platform.
5. Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

1. Our Platform: All content, features, functionality, design elements, logos, and trademarks on our website are the exclusive property of DecoderPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent.
2. Your Files: We do not claim any ownership rights over files you upload or decoded output generated through our service. Ownership and all associated rights and responsibilities for uploaded and decoded files remain entirely with you.
3. DMCA / Takedown Requests: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been decoded through our service without authorization, you may submit a takedown request to our designated contact. We will review all legitimate claims and take appropriate action, which may include account termination and cooperation with law enforcement.
4. No License Grant: Our service does not grant you any license, right, or authorization to use, distribute, or modify software that you do not already have the legal right to access. The decoded output is provided solely for your own lawful use as the rightful owner or authorized user of the original software.

1. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
2. Credits: Decode credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who purchased them. Credits do not expire. One credit is consumed per successful file decode. Failed decodes do not consume credits.
3. Payments: Payments may be made through Stripe, PayPal, Bitcoin, or USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Stripe and PayPal payments are verified through provider records; crypto payments are confirmed after blockchain review. Credits are allocated only after payment confirmation.
4. Refund Policy: Due to the digital and instant nature of our service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for purchased credits. If a file cannot be decoded, no credit is deducted. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
5. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

1. File Processing: Uploaded files are processed by the selected decoding engine. Input and output files may be retained for account delivery, support, and download history according to your account retention setting.
2. Retention Controls: The default file retention period is 14 days. You may delete stored input and output content earlier from your dashboard; scheduled cleanup removes expired content.
3. Encryption: All file transfers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing.
4. Minimal Data Collection: We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service, including your email address, name, country, and transaction records. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
5. Law Enforcement: We reserve the right to disclose any information, including uploaded files and account data, if required by law, court order, subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal obligations; (b) protect our rights and property; (c) prevent fraud or illegal activity; (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

1. Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our service.
3. Terms Updates: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date.

1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use our service. Unused credits will be forfeited upon voluntary account termination.
2. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) non-payment; (d) upon request from law enforcement authorities.
3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
4. Limitation Period: Any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our service must be filed within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim, or the claim is permanently barred.

1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DecoderPro regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Waiver: The failure of DecoderPro to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
5. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
